Am trying for the inspirational thing :-) … would be great getting a free place on ForestFit as I know what an amazing and fun programme it is!
Have just started a new job and, for the first time in very long years, things are going well and I’m coming home not feeling frustrated, depressed or anything… just really tired, in a positive manner :-) ! So, yes, 2008 is my year and am determined on making it even better. 
Want to really dig into the Goal Achievement Strategy and make life happen on many levels! Am loving exercising, just that I am not really able to do it on my own. However, I am quite determined to get out of my comfort zone right now and prepare myself through intervals for completing the FakelLaf from Monday onwards. 
Also did I sign out of my accounts with forums and social networking sites as I really want to do things now that I’ve wanted to do for a long time. And then, of course, I want to get better in my job and learn more.
Basically, I am prioritizing things now and am trying to get myself into the fever and passion that it’s NOW or NEVER. Really need to lose that stubborn weight and I know the great effects the Elimination “diet” has. Already got all the tools, just need to do it. 
Sooo, from Monday on until the end of this year, I will go back to the E-diet and try to change my habits so much that I will wholly integrate E-diet and working out into my lifestyle. It MUST happen and then, it will become the year where I have actually achieved some quite good things: no more wasting of time. So, through breaking bad habits and making caring about myself a routine, I can go even further in my goals as it will have fuelled me and given me the self-confidence to do it. As some very wise persons keep telling me: Anything is possible! and they are totally right :-) ! It’s all in our power! Got a looooooooooooot of work in front of me but the fires will gradually be burning for it with a sense of achievement :-) ! I am making this my pledge and maybe even gift to a few very very good people who have put a lot of energy and time into me over the last 18 months :-) !</description>
