ForestFit Inside Out
19.09.08The early mornings are now getting a little dark and September will be the last 7am ForestFit group for this year.
However we are still going to run a ForestFit group but this time twice a week inside at 18:15 in the evening in Clausen, then on Saturday morning still getting out to Bambesch to get our outside training fix.
Only 12 places available because of the limited space at our indoor venue. register over at http://www.forestfit.com as there is only about 7 spots left.
