02.05.08It starts in less than 4 days (Tuesday next week) There are a few places still available, I want all those “just thinking about it” to take some positive action right now and sign up.
Registration is completed online, and at the great introductory rate of 147 Euro for a months worth of fat burning workouts.
We have had a few concerns from people saying that they will not be fit enough, i’d like to reassure you the routines have been designed to cater for most levels, we’ll be starting from our fundamental movement patterns giving everyone the opportunity to get the most out of the training.
